Meet Dr. Spencer Fair – Dentist in Rock Hill, SC

I was born in Lexington, Kentucky to a mother working as an engineer and a father who was a financial advisor. From a young age, I knew that my true calling in life was a career in healthcare. However, it was not until middle school that I had my eureka moment. While sitting in the car with my dad having the timeless conversation, “if you could do it all over again,” he unknowingly planted the idea of dentistry in my head which sprouted deep roots.

In early high school, I was blessed with the opportunity to shadow a family friend who was a practicing periodontist in Kentucky.  After two weeks, I was completely hooked. In 2012, I began my studies at the University of South Carolina with my ultimate goal being a career in dental medicine. During my time at South Carolina, I was able to shadow every specialty that dentistry has to offer. It was not until my time spent at the Medical University of South Carolina from 2017 to 2021 that I realized my true passion resided in the practice of general dentistry.

I love this profession and know my purpose is to help those in need by providing the best dental care I can offer. It is a true privilege meeting all new and existing patients that walk through the front door every day. I genuinely consider it an honor to work alongside Dr. Charlie and create my impact at Culp Dental.
